This weekend went by soo fast. Usually when I work Saturday the weekend just flies by but I swear this one went by faster than usual…Because it’s officially spring here in WNY! Yes, it was sunny & beautiful & all we need is a light jacket.
Anyway, I didn’t do a weekend recap Monday because there wasn’t much to talk about.
Friday, Max & I were supposed to meet Court out but plans changed so we stayed in & watched movie after movie! Saturday Max & I had a mandatory Real Estate class & I ran to work right from class. Afterwards I met Max at home & we went to Bonefish to visit Jimmy, we got the guacamole dip & never regret it!
Sunday, we went to brunch with Jimmy because that’s what we do on Sundays! Max had an open house so dropped me off & bolted! I ended up meeting my mom & grandma out shopping & later picking up my niece to go see puppies! We went back to my apartment & started spring decorating while waiting for Max to get FroYo! We ended up walking around Elmwood Village a bit before Olivia got tired & we took her home. After we dropped Liv off we picked up Russell & went to Delaware Park.
That pretty much concluded our Sunday. We got home & Max went to his friend’s house to watch the premiere of West World & I spent the night watching makeup tutorials because I couldn’t find the remote for the TV in our bedroom.
Anyway, the point of this post was to share my weekly meal plan & fitness plan! I LOVE documenting my meals and workouts because it really does help keep me accountable when I see what I’ve been doing when I claim to live a healthy lifestyle! I used to do this when I first started my blog & decided to bring it back!
So, here it is:
Monday: Cardio & toning (Romee YouTube video)
Breakfast- 2 eggs fried
Snack- 2 rice cakes w/ avocado
Lunch- 2 veggie burger w/ ketchup
Snack-
Dinner- Left over Chinese food
Tuesday: Cycling class (45 minutes) & Romee YouTube video
Breakfast- 2 eggs fried w/ 1 slice Ezekiel bread
Snack- blueberries
Lunch- romaine salad w/ chopped beats & cut up veggie burger
Snack- apple w/ cinnamon
Dinner- shrimp hibachi
Wednesday: Cardio/elliptical (30 minutes) & Alexis Ab Workout
Breakfast- 2 eggs fried w/ 1 slice Ezekiel bread
Snack- blueberries
Lunch- romaine salad w/ chopped beats & cut up veggie burger
Snack- Think Thin bar
Dinner- Brussels sprouts & Chipotle black been crumbles & popcorn
Thursday: cardio/cycling (40 minutes)
Breakfast- 2 eggs fried w/ 1 slice of Ezekiel bread
Snack- blueberries & pomegranate
Lunch- romaine salad & cut up veggie burger
Snack- banana
Dinner- Cauliflower rice & Chipotle black bean crumbles
Friday: Cardio/cycling (35 minutes)
Breakfast- 2 eggs fried
Snack- 3 blueberry bites
Lunch- Panera Friday! Summer corn chowder & mozzarella flatbread (prob wouldn’t order again)
Snack- popped BBQ rice cakes
Dinner- cauliflower & sweet potatoes
Saturday: No Workout!
Breakfast- Think Thin bar (these are just really good & maybe a little over priced)
Snack- banana
Lunch- 2 veggie burgers w/beets salsa & romaine
Snack- popped cheddar rice cakes
Dinner- Bonefish! Guacamole crab dip & Caesar salad with salmon & two glasses of wine!
Sunday: Walk around Elmwood Village & Delaware Park
Breakfast- 2 eggs fried w/ spinach & sweet potatoes
Snack- banana
Lunch- Cauliflower rice & 1 egg scrambled
Snack- FroYo
Dinner- N/A unless you count White Claws??
Weekends are the death of my healthy living! I just go so long without eating in between meals or I eat like shit. This weekend I tried really hard not to eat like crap & eat consistently…I think I did a pretty good job! Although, there’s always room for improvement!
Happy April 25th, remember all you need is a light jacket!
