But seriously. You have no schedule or any real set schedule unless you went on vacation with Danny Tanner, so schedule a chunk of time where you’ll hit the hotel gym or go for a run/walk/hike/swim whatever gets you moving just block out at least 30 minutes and do it.
1. Bring Workout Clothes!
They take up packing space so if you’re like me you want to use everything you packed so you don’t feel guilty for packing too much & making your SO use the smaller suitcase. Who doesn’t want to workout in cute workout clothes so pack some cute pieces to sweat in. Nothing kills a vibe like forgetting you sneakers when everyone wants to go on an adventure!
2. Look Up Places to Venture Out!
Go on your own excursion. Finding cool places to walk around or hike all while experiencing different places, doesn’t even feel like a workout! Burning calories while having fun is the best type of workout there is!
3. Think of How You’ll Feel!
I know, how corny can you get. But for real? How do you feel after a workout? Especially slipping into a swim suit afterwards! I feel so confinement & good after a workout, I definitely feel way better about wearing a swim suit around the pool/beach!
4. Tell Yourself it’s Only a Fraction of Your Vacation!
I mean honestly…it is!
You won’t regret a sweat!
