So January is the reset month. The month everyone decides to make the resolution to get healthy this year. I think it’s great! Everyone has to start somewhere…even the people in the gym with zero body fat they had a day 1, too!
I’ve been working very hard to get back on track & stay on track1 Here are some of my tips that I used to stay motivated:
1. Drink water! Drink plenty of water and add a little lemon if you like the taste (it’s a natural diuretic)!
2. Walk it off! Go for a walk whether around the block or on a treadmill.
3. Leftovers! Make those leftovers into something healthy. Turkey can be put on salads or in a chili to replace ground beef. Get creative!
4. Class! Sign up for a work out class to jump start you getting into fitness or back on track.
5. Goals! Re write your goals. Being healthy is a lifestyle, so remember why you started in the first place.
