Anyone else start working out & eating healthy January 1st?! Well if you haven’t it’s never too late to start. I love the meme that goes along the lines of “am I the only one that already pushed their New Year’s resolutions to Monday?” LOL
But you really don’t have to dedicate an entire day to starting healthy and cutting everything else out. That’s the point of balance, eat healthy 80% of the time and something less healthy 20% of the time. I’ve been eating healthy and working out but I sure went to Burger King for lunch on Sunday!

Let me tell you it has only been a week and it is kicking my butt! In a good way of course. I also, add 15 minutes on my stair-stepper just because I like using it and watching YouTube videos! Do whatever works for you!
