I LOVE working out at home. If I could make a home gym I would. I do love going for outdoor walks or a class here and there but I mostly workout from the comfort of my own home…which all started (for everyone) thanks to Covid but it really is something I enjoy and was doing long before Covid. I mostly watch YouTube videos, and I like to switch it up between HIIT, yoga and pilates. Here is some “equipment” I use to get the most out of my home workout!
