I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! If you’re like me you had one too many slices of pie…so getting back on track is a little rough but we got this! Here are my tips for jumping back to reality.
Getting back on track:
1. Drink water! Drink plenty of water and add a little lemon if you like the taste (it’s a natural diuretic)!
2. Walk it off! Go for a walk whether around the block or on a treadmill.
3. Leftovers! Make those leftovers into something healthy. Turkey can be put on salads or in a chili to replace ground beef. Get creative!
4. Class! Sign up for a work out class to jump start you getting back on track.
5. Goals! Re write your goals. Being healthy is a lifestyle, so remember why you started in the first place.
