I’m just going to be writing how I would speak to any of my friends aka this is going to be very casual…I hope you enjoy!
That’s me (the short one)!
So, yesterday was Monday and usually that means a fresh start. Eating healthy and going to the gym to start the week off on a good note. Well, not for me!
I woke up late for work and did NOT make coffee…Not late for work, though YAY! I drank green tea all day because it has caffeine but not enough because I had a gnarly headache right when I got home.
I had every intention to go pick up my mom’s dog and take him for a walk but that never happened. I got home and laid in bed the rest of the night watching reality television (Vanderpump Rules) with Max.
Did I mention it was very decent weather for upstate New York in March?? But YESS, I laid in bed from 4.30p til I woke up late again at 6.45a the next morning…Falling asleep at 8.30p.
So here’s how the day went…My Eating Diary:
8.00a: Vanilla coconut milk yogurt w/ some protein powder & a side of oatmeal & honey that was super soggy so I only ate half… WATER
11.00a: a medium banana & strawberry coconut milk yogurt w/ a little protein powder…green matcha tea
1.00p: arugula salad w/ chickpeas & ½ avocado & bell peppers chopped & homemade salad dressing-olive oil & lemon juice…WATER & green matcha tea
3.45p: 2 slices of Ezekiel bread w/ coconut butter & chia seeds…WATER
6.00p: Annie’s mac & cheese w/expired almond milk…it was still good!
7.00p: Excedrin PM…WATER
8.30p: SLEEP!
Today I will do better…go to the gym & maybe take a little yoga class.
