I LOVE meal prepping…the morning after when I don’t have to do anything besides put the containers in my bag! Here are some easy (night before) meals you can prepair to make your mornings go smooth like a fresh jar of Skippy!
Taco Salad:
1/2 cup ground “beef” (stove top)
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup black beans (microwave)
salsa
1/2 avocado
lettuce
Tray Dinner (left overs):
veggie over load
1/2 cup chickpeas
Oven 350 degrees
Burrito Bowl:
cauliflower rice (stove top)
“chicken” (stove top)
corn (microwave)
black beans (microwave)
1/2 avocado (top)
salsa (top)
Basic Bitch Meal:
hand full of broccoli
“chicken”
1/2 cup chickpeas
1/2 cup quinoa (stove top)
Oven 350 degrees (not including quinoa)
Basic Bitch Salad:
Kale
1 boiled egg (sliced)
1/2 cup chickpeas (microwave)
crasins
sunflower seeds
1/2 avocado
Tuna Salad Wrap (my lunch today):
1 can tuna
2 tbs mayo
2 tbs celery (diced)
pepper
2 tbs black olives
1 wrap (collard green or tortilla shell)
These are the easiest recipes I have. & a lot of these recipes can be substituted from each other so you don’t have to eat the same thing for lunch everyday but don’t have to cook a ton & have a ton of leftovers!
