So I have to say Tuesday I was super motivated to get back on Track! I was still late to work (shocker), but I ate healthy all day…
When I got home I had a healthy snack and then got right on my stationary bike. I did about 35 minutes of cardio and then had dinner.
Next I cleaned…this rarely happens anymore. Max and I are slobs and we usually dedicate one day out of the week (Saturday or Sunday) and make it a big project (which it is) and clean the entire apartment! I did the dishes (no dishwasher really sucks) and Max must’ve been motivated too because he cleaned the bedroom and did laundry while I was at yoga!
YESS, I even went to yoga. Yesterday was a great day I have to say…how was yours??

8.00a: 2 eggs scrambled w/ flaxseeds & unsweetened almond milk & ¼ avocados…coffee & WATER!
11.00a: Banana…WATER!
1.30p: Salad w/ chickpeas & green peppers & mushrooms & ½ avocado &homemade olive oil and ACV dressing…WATER!
3.30p: 1 slice Ezekiel bread & ¼ avocado & 1 tbsp. olive oil & crushed red pepper…WATER!
5.30p: Grilled asparagus & cauliflower rice & olive oil & garlic…WATER!
7.00p: YOGA…WATER!
8.30p: Steamed vegetables (Max ordered Chinese food when I got home…I couldn’t resist) & sweet chili sauce…WATER!
