Happy Monday!
Last week my planner said to do a morning stretch routine. So I’ve been trying to incorporate a quick stretch into my morning routine. It’s actually been such a great way to start my day & kick starts it in a positive calming way instead of how I normally feel; rushed LOL Waking up a little earlier to add a 10-20 minute stretch to my morning is so worth it and everyone should add a quick stretch/yoga routine or meditation to their morning before the chaos begins!
This is the one I’ve bee trying and really enjoy all of her workouts/videos. This one I’ve done a lot & love if I have enough time in the morning!
