My favorite thing is documenting my activities & meals. Especially with the Bikini Series starting today! I’m so excited for it this year. I’ve never fully stuck it out ’til the end…So this year I’m challenging myself to finish strong! Wish me luck! Here are my meals from last week, prepping for the Bikini Series today!
Monday: Delaware Park (walk)
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/collagen powder
Snack: Blueberries
Lunch: Left over homemade soup & Veggie burger on Flatout wrap
Snack: Special K nourish bites-dark chocolate pistachio & hard shell taco with re-fried beans
Dinner: Veggie hot dog & veggie Chorizo sausage
Tuesday: Cycling (15 minutes)
Breakfast: 2 eggs fried & 1 slice of Ezekiel bread
Snack: 2 apples w/cinnamon
Lunch: Salad w/veggie burger & homemade dressing
Snack: carrots & hummus
Dinner: Veggie hot dog & veggie Chorizo sausage
Wednesday: Quick walk (15 minutes)
Breakfast:Oatmeal w/ collagen powder
Snack: Special K nourish bites-dark chocolate
Lunch: Veggie burger on a English muffin w/beet salsa & homemade veggie soup
Snack: N?A (I forgot to bring one before my facial & showing a house & did I REGRET that!)
Dinner: Veggie hot dog & veggie Chorizo sausage
Thursday: NOTHING!
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ collagen powder
Snack: rice cake & peanut butter
Lunch: Veggie burger on a English muffin w/beet salsa
Snack: homemade veggie soup
Dinner: Ramon noodles & 2 veggie hot dogs
Friday: NOTHING!
Breakfast: Perfect Fit Protein pancake w/agave
Snack: 1/2 protein shake
Lunch: Panera Friday!
Snack: other 1/2 protein shake
Dinner: Veggie sub (the entire thing!)
Saturday: Walking!
Breakfast: strawberry & banana smoothie
Snack: N/A
Lunch: Chipotle crispy tacos w/sofritas
Snack: N/A
Dinner: Veggie quesadilla & Corona
Sunday: Delaware Park
Breakfast: Strawberry & banana smoothie
Snack: N/A
Lunch: egg sandwich on pumpernickel bagel w/cheese
Snack: broccoli & hummus
Dinner: fish tacos & fries
Snack: skinny girl popcorn & white claw (Max & I watched a movie last night so obviously we had to have popcorn!)
I can’t say it enough, today starts the Bikini Series, so I’ll keep you updated on my progress!
