Tips for a relaxing Sunday to get you ready for the week ahead!
- Shower: this may be a no brainer but taking a long warm shower and giving yourself time to exfoliate, wash your hair, shave and basically do all the things we normally rush through to get on with the day, will set the tone for a more relaxing day and productive week!
- Focus on skincare: face masks, eye patches, serum, moisturizer…all the things that will give you the soft glow the rehydrate your skin after a long week! *this includes your body too*
- Breakfast: make a nice breakfast to start your day charged and keep you full and satisfied to keep you energized to focus on you time.
- Yoga/pilates: stretching and getting a bit of exercise always makes me feel better mentally and physically and once you got your workout done for the day you don’t have to worry about it again until tomorrow LOL
- Light candles: for me this always sets the mood for a relaxing atmosphere.
- Read: this should’ve actually been #1 but showering is important and all those things should be done before you can lay back and read a good book!
