Tea is my new bae. Yes, coffee held the top spot in my heart since I was in 11th grade but we broke up. It was a rocky road with a couple back & forths, but we officially broke it off. I am now a tea girl. However, if anyone buys me a soy latte I will not turn it down 😉

Why you ask? Well I wrote about my first break up with coffee in this post. Now I’m here to talk about my love affair with tea.
Giving up coffee was hard after my 3 week challenge was over because I missed having a warm beverage in the morning caffeine or not. (Also, coffee tastes good black, flavored, lattes etc…) I loved sitting in front of the TV sipping a warm cup of coffee & slowly waking up in the morning.

Now I relax more sipping my warm beverage in the morning in front of the TV. I did my three weeks without coffee challenge more to give up caffeine & there is less caffeine in tea, so I don’t get headaches when I don’t drink it!

There are so many flavors of tea!
& so many benefits (did I mention I break out less??)!
To name a few:
I’ve had fewer break outs! Yes, even during that time of the month.
I haven’t felt bloated in FOREVER!
I feel more calm!
Here are some other fun facts about tea & coffee…make your pick or don’t choose. Have your cake & drink it, too!

Happy Tuesday!
That’s all…xxTay!
