Everyday I write down 3 things I am grateful for & it genuinely makes me happy that I have those things in my life!
Documenting all the things I’m grateful for has made me not take them for granted & actually appreciate them more.
The first day I started I wrote down:
My Mom
Max
My Cats
That weekend I went shopping with my mom all day & took her wherever she wanted to go because I was just happy to hangout with her. Although, I did go into Ulta when she wanted to go into the Christmas Tree Shop…that store just gives me anxiety, which I know is weird because I LOVE Home Goods! Max started getting sick before the weekend & we spent Friday watching chick flicks laying in bed! I just appreciated his company & made him tea all weekend LOL! & I started appreciating cuddle time with my kitties more!
Everyday I write down three different things that I am thankful for & it’s really made me appreciate the things I have in my life a lot more! Also, it gives you a few minutes to just sit & relax & not have to worry about anything besides the positive things in your life. Try it first thing in the morning to start your day off on the right side of the bed!
