What is matcha?
Matcha is like a hybrid green tea with 10x the benefits! What more could you ask for?? It is filled with antioxidants, it boosts your metabolism & it has caffeine so instead of coffee just make yourself a matcha latte to give you energy. Starbucks has a great Green Tea Latte, I always get mine with coconut milk & it is green foamy heaven in a white cup! If you’re more into DIY try Kristin Cavallari’s recipe for homemade Green Tea Latte, she makes hers with almond milk & it’s just as delicious!
Here it is:
1 scoop green matcha powder
1 cup almond/coconut milk
1 cup hot water
1 tsp stevia
Put in blender to make frothy & enjoy!
Anyone else super stoked about her new TV show on E!?? I can’t wait! Following her teenage & early 20 years has led me to become obsessed with everything she’s done in between & I can’t wait to see what she’s up to, now BTS!
