My favorite drink to jump start my metabolism every morning!
I try to drink this every morning or every other morning! Sometimes I make enough to last two or three days so I don’t have to keep making it fresh every morning. It really does help kick start your metabolism & the ACV is a real wake up call for people who aren’t quit morning people!
All you need is pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar & water! I usually buy the separate cans of pineapple juice but you can buy a jug, whatever works for you. I’m not very specific about ACV, whatever I find at Wegmans works for me.
I start with one can of pineapple juice, then I fill the empty can up with water & lastly add a shot size of AVC to my concoction! If I’m making it to last I will put 2-3 cups of water & 2-3 shot sizes of ACV. It really depends on the taste. The pineapple juice helps to disguise the intensity of ACV. I really don’t mind the taste…some times I do shots of ACV alone, no chaser…AHA! You really gotta do you here!
If you’re a measurement person this is for you:
6 oz. of pineapple juice
6 oz. of water (add more to delude…all to taste)
1 tablespoon of ACV
I LOVE sipping on this throughout the morning. Also, pineapple juice just cuts through everything so YAY for gut health, as well!
