Virginia!

Anyway, we decided to go to Virginia for the weekend because I had to work on his actual birthday & didn’t get to see him. So him, his girlfriend and I all drove down to Virginia for a couple days to visit our aunt.

We got in about midnight Friday, made a game plan for the next day & went straight to bed. Saturday morning we got up, got Einstein Bagel & headed for the city, a 20 minute drive. We saw the White House & then made it over to Georgetown (my favorite place in the world). We shopped a lot & then stopped for a late lunch. After lunch we shopped a little more & then headed back to aunt Kelly’s house. That night we just snacked & played games.

Sunday, we got up & went to brunch at my favorite diner in Virginia. After breakfast we went to Alexandria, where I used to work & tried to shop a little bit but because it was a “snow storm” a lot of shops were closed. I’m from Buffalo so a snow storm in Virginia is not the same a snow storm here!LOL

When we got back to aunt Kelly’s to pack up & leave the weather definitely took a turn & by that I mean it turned into a snow storm! I wish we would’ve got stuck there for one more day but I had to work Monday, so we drove back & the weather an hour out was completely clear!

I have a couple other updates to post about to finally be current!LOL
