Good afternoon!
For it being Monday I jumped out of bed this morning! I love that my bedroom gets so much light. It feels really good waking up with the sunrise rather than waking up in the dark during the winter. Day light saving spring forward is really agreeing with me!
I literally took one picture this whole weekend so this post is going to be short & sweet. I was so busy & living in the moment (gag) but honestly I didn’t take any pictures!
Friday was pretty busy for being the end of the week. I stopped at Francesca’s which closed the next day. Visited with my mom because I knew I had a couple packages & wanted to see if she needed anything because my dad is away. She did so I went to Dairy Queen with my brothers & brought her back her favorite Heath Bar Blizzard. Then I took off for home to start making cupcakes for Max’s open house, Saturday.
Oh…did I mention?? Max & I both are now officially Licensed Real Estate Salespeople!! We passed our class & our exams & got ourselves a broker!
So, Saturday was Max’s first open house & he wanted to have cupcakes. Unfortunately, the cupcake plan fell through so he asked me to bake them for him. So I did! & I didn’t even take a picture of that! So we had Taco Friday & stayed in making cupcakes ‘til 11p… But my light & fluffy cupcakes must’ve worked because he got an offer that day!
After I got out of work, I met up with Max & we got our professional head shots done! We haven’t gotten them back, yet. But hopefully he used some Photoshop…aha I’m not very photogenic!
We went straight from the studio to my grandma’s for dinner, grandma’s annual Corned Beef & Cabbage/St. Patrick’s Day dinner. One of my first blog posts was about my grandma’s annual dinner!
That night, after a 20 minute power nap & dragging Max out of bed, we met Alison & Zach out for their friend’s birthday! What I promised Max would only be an hour turned into getting home close to 4a…
Not a good idea on my part because I had to get up at 8a & be ready to leave for the Broadway Market at 9.30a Sunday morning. Everyone met at my grandmas before we headed downtown for our annual trip to the market. Being hungover was not an option…So we made it through & it was very impressive… We got through the whole market in less than 2 hours!
All of us headed back to grams to bake pierogis & make lunch aka my Uncle John baked pierogis & cooked everyone lunch! Max & my uncle Dave met us there for lunch because they didn’t end up going to the market. We hung out for the entire afternoon & got to catch up & talk real estate.
Max & I left & my sister came to pick me up & we walked Russell & my niece around Delaware Park. It was a nice day, cold, but nice.
After our evening walk, Max & I went out to dinner with his brother & Leanne & met another couple there for a little group date night! We got home & fell asleep watching Daddy Daycare, which I forgot about & fought to stay up & watch it!
Now, I’m going to have a little snack & start getting excited for 5 o’clock!
Lindsey is coming over after work & we’re going to go to the gym with Max #summerbodies!
Sorry, I guess this post wasn’t so short & sweet after all!
Happy Monday!
That’s allxx…Tay!
