Weekend Recap!

Why does every weekend in the summer fly by?? I swear it was just Friday…

Speaking of, Friday was very spontanious, I suppose. I took my litle bro & niece to Erie, PA to get doughnuts from Krispy Kreme. They were having an anniversary sale so my little brother asked if I could take him there. It was less than a 2 hour drive & it was different. Who else would drive to PA for doughnuts??I left work a couple hours early & we still made it home by dinner time! Cue: Olsen & Olsen mystery agency…

Anyway, I dropped them off at my mom’s & drove to Alfred Angelo to pick up my bridesmaid dress after hearing rumors they were closing. They hadn’t called yet about it coming in but I figured I’d check. Well, they were closed…for good! So I went to Home Goods after calling my mom in a panic because moms fix everything…DUH! Max & I ended up going to get hibachi when he got home from work & calling it a night. It was a long day & he had to work in the morning.

Saturday, I had to run some errands & met Max back at our apartment when he got out of wrok. He had to go somewhere so he got in the shower while I made cupcakes. Then I went to get in the shower while the cupcakes cooled…well, that didn’t happen. The hot water tank blew so I ran to my mom’s to shower & came home to finish decorating the cupcakes.

Once, everything was done & ready I left for Katie’s House Warming party! Her house is so cute & it was such a good night!

Sunday, Max & I went to his family reunion & I made mac & cheese! His cousin is due next month & looks like a freaking goddess… We all hung out outside because it was gorgeous, Max & I didn’t end up making it to the beach but we did post up at the food table so that’s just as good!

When we got home we went to Anderson’’s for some ice cream & made plans to go to Katie’s but went back home instead. For good reason, Max passed out within 5 minutes of being home!aha Sorry, I didn’t take any pictures except on Friday… How was everyone’s weekend??
