Weekend Recap!

This weekend was the first weekend where I had absolutely nothing planned & it was so relaxing! I just went with the flow & basically whatever I wanted!

First things first, Thursday (not the weekend), I had to take Simba to the vet for blood work & vaccines. He hates the vet…what animal doesn’t?? He was so scared he pooped in his carrier on the drive home, so that was fun. Olivia came with me because she HAS to go to every vet appointment aha!

Lindsey met us at my apartment when we got back because we had appointments to get our hair cut that night by uncle Richie, Max’s uncle. Lindsey got 7 inches cut off & her hair is now my length! I only got 3 cut off. She drove, so on the way home we stopped at her place because Nala (her cat) had kittens! Nala happens to be Simba’s mom as well as Max’s previous cat, Riley! Don’t worry Lindsey is finally getting her fixed!!

Friday, I went out for much needed drinks with Katie & Leanne! We haven’t gone to happy hour in what felt like forever! Happy hour ends at 7 so I went & met up with Courtney & Kenny til Max got back into town from happy hour with his friends & we went to the Jake for some food & drinks!

The next morning was a little rough, so I laid in bed a little longer than I usually do on a Saturday! Simba appreciated this after his horrible vet experience. I didn’t binge on the usual Nicole Guerriero vlogs (only watched one while I ate my breakfast) because I had to clean before Liv & I left for my gram’s house. The second we got there Olivia was ready for the pool. We caught up with Gram first then suited up & went to the pool. We sat by the pool ALL day. I left my phone in the house most of the day & it was just refreshing & relaxing!

Lindsey made it out by 5 so she got to hangout by the pool for a little bit before dinner. We had quesadillas, which Liv won’t eat, so we took her to McDonald’s… After everyone ate, we brought our coffee out to the deck & watched the sunset! Gram is newly addicted to reality television aha so we watched Below Deck while playing checkers before we called it a night!

Sunday, uncle John made everyone breakfast & we spent the day exactly the same way as the day before. Alison got out before 11a so she got to hang by the pool all day, too. Liv & I made it back home by 5p so I cleaned & did laundry before Lindsey came to pick her up (she lost her keys at Grams & Liv wanted to drive with me). Max got home around 7 so we went to dinner & got sushi & thai food…YUM! Literally, we were in bed & asleep by 10.30p…
