I LOVE NYC!
This past weekend we celebrated my cousin Alison’s bachelorette in the Big Apple.
My room! I shared with Lindsey & this weekend was the last time she had possession of the full sized Bath & Body Works items you see on her night stand…she got them taken away at the airport *insert about 7 crying laughing emojis here*
It was so nice. I love the city. DC still holds the biggest space in my heart but NYC will always have a special space there, too. Chelsea & I used to go to the city almost once a month…we were obsessed & thought we were going to live there. Sadly that did not happen. She lived there for about 6 months & moved back, I on the other hand only had the pleasure of visiting.
Anyway…this weekend couldn’t have gone better if we planned it that way! With 12 girls & 3 nights in 1 city, you’d think something more than my sister going missing would happen but you’d be wrong. Yeah, my sister went missing. She got lost & her phone died but we found her. I mean if someone didn’t go missing it would’ve been too perfect to be true, am I right??
She loves me!
Don’t worry we helped her finish 😉
My bougie breakfast (lobster eggs Beni)!
Pistachio ANYTHING for the win!
The only thing I can think of that went wrong this weekend was that I didn’t get my street nuts…but I got macaroons & a lot of Rose, which is pretty much the same thing, right??
I did my sister’s makeup for our last night out! How cute does she look??
The most important thing, however, was Alison had the best time! I would definitely recommend a destination bachelorette! It also gives more opportunities for everyone to give their input & opinions. I made sure to take votes on what everyone wanted to do before we even got to the city, to make sure everyone had a good time, especially Al! There was so much to do in so little time but we managed to squeeze a lot in & still sleep 4 hours every night…AHA!
La Fin! 🙂
Sunday, Max picked us up from the airport & took me out to brunch. He had a side job to finish so he dropped me off & I stayed in bed all day watching Impractical Jokers until Max came home with sushi & I had to move over…AHA!
BTW, I think yesterday was my first official day sober since Thursday, so naturally Max & I went out for dinner & much needed drinks…he had a bad day!
Tonight I am meeting Alison for her final dress fitting & I can’t wait! Just one step closer to the wedding!
Happy Wednesday!
That’s all…xxTay!
