This past month has been a cluster of any meal I can get & trying to balance a healthy lifestyle…
It has been years since I have had a timed lunch… All of my jobs for the past 5 years have been eat at your desk type jobs, so I could pretty much eat lunch whenever I wanted. Now, I’m back to a standard 8:30-5 job where you get a 30 minute unpaid lunch break & it’s been an adjustment. I know it sounds crazy because since you start school you get a 30 minute lunch & back to work but idk how the world does it. After lunch I am so HUNGRY.
Also, I think it has to do with the time I eat lunch…we go to lunch at 12, to me that is way too early. It’s basically breakfast, if you ask me. So I have been trying to eat a smaller lunch and bring more snacks for my time between 1-5 & hopefully this will work because I don’t know how I’ll survive lol.
Anyway, enough about my first world problems… Here’s what some of my meals looked like this week!
I’ve been trying to cook a lot lately, rather than eating out but I’m pretty basic & my meals all end up being the same. I don’t mind but I’m sure Max does…eventually, he’ll let me know…lol!
