I did this meal plan leading up to Christmas for the first time and I started it again this Monday! I’ve tried recipes from it but never fully did the entire thing through and I LOVED it! All the recipes are made so you can use left overs or ingredients from the past meals and whatever was left over I just threw in the crock pot Thursday!
Disclaimer: this is a vegan meal plan but you wouldn’t notice if I didn’t say something LOL I realized after the second day because I normally eat eggs for breakfast and with this meal plan you make a smoothie every morning for breakfast, which I really enjoyed! This was such a good meal plan because it was simple, filling and TASTEY!
I didn’t take a picture of everything because somethings I ate too fast and other things I couldn’t make look pretty LOL but everything on this meal plan was so good, hence me doing it again so soon & I would highly recommend everyone trying this once. It has helped me become more conscious of what I am eating. I still like cheese and crackers though…but not as often!
