Welcome to another ‘What I Ate Wednesday’ and I’ve actually got a “recipe” for you!
Here’s what I ate this week:
Like I’ve said before I’m not good at recipes because I just throw a ton of things together and hope for the best. Honestly, I eat it even if it is bad because I don’t like wasting food BUT my homemade gauc is really good and I make it all the time!
So here’s my recipe:
- 2 full beautifully green avocados
- Some shakes of the Chile Lime Seasoning from Trader Joe’s
- A ton of shakes of Penzeys Salsa & Pico Seasoning ~like 1-2 tablespoonsish?
- Some shakes of Garlic Powder
- A few drops of the Lemon essential oil in the white wrapper
So basically everything “to taste” LOL
