Y’all, I actually made stuffing…So I said I would & I did & it was pretty simple!
Recipe:
- Half an onion (diced)
- half a pack shredded carrots
- 5 stalks celery (diced)
- 4 gloves of garlic (minced)
- Half a pack of mushrooms (diced)
- *I hope these are the correct terms*
- 4 cups of veggie broth
- *yes this recipe is vegan*
- 1 bag of bread chunks
- Saute onion, carrots and celery until soft
- Add mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes then turn off heat
- Add veggie broth, bread chunks, garlic powder, salt and pepper
- Mix well and add to baking dish
- Place in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes
- Enjoy!
