So I’m still on my meal prep game and have been doing really well AND switching up my meals so I don’t get bored. Let me say though, I LOVE couscous LOL almost all of my meals have couscous in them! I don’t deprive myself, though. I LOVE my Starbucks and Burger King, so I will treat myself on the weekends but not for every meal or the week of eating healthy would be worthless…but if my family is going to the river to get ice cream or Olivia wants to stop at Starbucks, I will get a little something & it makes me happy LOL
It’s also really helpful that my friends are eating more healthy and meal prepping and have the same-ish health goals. We all support each other and motivate each other!
