I have had a lot of different meals this week but one that I’ve been making for the past year now, really stands out!
Buddha bowls are my favorite meals to make, EVER!
You can literally through whatever you want in with some spices & it’ll be amazing. My family always asks what I put in them & I probably have never made the same one twice & not on purpose.
Start with a base: cauliflower rice, rice, quinoa, etc.
Add veggies (as many as you want really): green beans, corn, zucchini, peppers, etc.
Add your protein: salmon, shrimp, beans, chicken, etc.
Toppings: craisins, goat cheese, vinaigrette, etc.
The possibilities are endless & you won’t be disappointed!
