During college I started getting acne and it was awful, especially for someone who’s never had a pimple in her life. I tried a few different things like going to the dermatologist, which I know everyone who has ever had acne has done but I didn’t really follow everything they said to do. I also, didn’t want to have to use 5 different topical solutions and a pill to still have acne…So make-up it was.
It wasn’t until I graduated college and a co-worker suggested I start getting facials. Let me tell you how much my skin transformed! Her facials and tips and tricks to do in between facials, like using a facial oil, really helped my skin like nothing else. It was like magic but this still wasn’t enough. So a little over a year ago I started taking a “daily cleanse” and a “pre-pro biotic” supplement and this was the game changer. I started to notice a significant difference in my skin, including the appearance and texture.
This year, I started taking a daily vitamin called Ritual, thanks to social media & I believe this was the last piece of the puzzle. My skin has never looked better, well except for in high school but ya know, it’s time to let go…
