Now that it’s getting colder, it’s becoming harder to get motivated to workout but I’ve been trying HARD! I LOVE getting a good workout in, whether that’s in the morning or evening, I like to know I did something everyday.
Here are my top fitness essentials for when I hit the gym!
1. Apple Watch: I’ve mentioned before I’m obsessed with tracking my steps but they have an achievement section & I’ve become obsessed with challenging myself & beating my latest achievements!
2. Water Bottle: can’t say it enough, gotta stay hydrated!
3. Yoga Mat: I love going to yoga & I’ve been going every Monday night with a good friend. It’s also perfect for home workouts!
4. Sports Bras: Nothing is worse than a tight/uncomfortable sports bra!
5. Gym Bag: running from work to a workout class I need to keep everything together!
6. Cute Gym Clothes: nothing is more motivating than a cute outfit to wear to the gym or running errands!
7. Earbuds: I don’t think I could last a walk (unless I have a buddy) or 5 minutes at the gym without these! Music makes the time go by way faster, especially when doing cardio! When I workout on my bike at home I love watching YouTube videos or something on Netflix/Hulu!
